*You will be picked up from your hotel to start your interesting day by visiting Giza Pyramids where you can see the great pyramid of Cheops which is the only remaining thing from the ancient seven wonders of the world then the Great Sphinx 360 
which is a massive limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh believed to represent the Pharaoh Khafre and was built to guard the whole area and later you will visit the Valley temple to know more about the mumification
Saqqara visit
* Moving after this to visit Saqqara whic is the most rich archaeological site in Egypt where is the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world’s oldest stone construction on earth. It was built for King Djoser the founder of 3rd Dynasty also in Saqqara 360 you will visit some other great sites and pyramids like Tomb of Kagemni ,and Pyramid of Tety.
*Then Proceeding to have your lunch at a local restaurant.
Memphis visit
*After that transfer to Memphis which was founded by King Menes, and was the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom where you can see there the Statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx and also many other special monuments as the area is like Open-Air Museum houses several artifacts from ancient Memphis, including statues, reliefs, and architectural fragments.
