Landing on Mahmya Island

* You will board the boat and sail for about almost an hour to reach the island. Mahmya Beach is located on the south coast of the Giftun Island National Park, which is near Hurghada. Mahmya means “Protected Area” in Arabic. To preserve the coral reef and its marine life, the boats anchor at buoys away from the beautiful bay, and smaller boats will take you to the shore.

Snorkeling around the island

* When you arrive at the island, you can enjoy snorkeling on the amazing corals formations in the transparent lagoon, stroll on the sandy shore, play beach volleyball with other visitors, or just unwind on the pristine white beach.
